These terms govern use of ironscorpiontowing.com and the Iron Scorpion Towing & Recovery internal operational SMS alert program.
Website and quote requests
Website information is provided for general business purposes. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or establish a final price. Service details, pricing, timing, and terms must be confirmed directly by authorized staff.
SMS program
The Iron Scorpion internal SMS alert program provides authorized staff with recurring operational notices about website quote requests and dispatch activity. Program messages are not marketing messages and are not sent to customers merely because they submitted a quote request.
Consent and frequency
Authorized staff enroll through documented verbal consent. Message frequency varies according to business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation will be sent and no further program messages will be delivered unless the recipient opts in again. Reply HELP for help, email dispatch@ironscorpiontowing.com, or call (855) 679-9331.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other systems outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or attempt unauthorized access to the Command Center or business systems.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
