Internal SMS Alert Consent

Program purpose

The Iron Scorpion internal SMS alert program sends automatic operational notifications when a customer submits a quote request through ironscorpiontowing.com. Alerts are sent only to the company owner and general manager so authorized staff can respond promptly. This program does not enroll or text customers who submit quote requests.

How recipients opt in

Authorized staff opt in verbally and directly with the business owner before their phone number is enrolled. The owner confirms the recipient's identity, phone number, business role, and agreement to receive recurring operational alerts. Consent is voluntary and is recorded in the company's internal staff records.

“Do you agree to receive recurring operational SMS alerts from Iron Scorpion Towing & Recovery about new website quote requests and dispatch activity? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.”

A clear affirmative response is required before the number is added. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchasing any service.
